Our Refund & Delivery Policy

If an item is sent wrongly or not meeting our normal standards then the customer can request a replacement, credit note or refund of the said item(s). The returned item(s) must be returned unconsumed for proof. The request for refunds can be done by telephone, mail or email. The time for the refunds are governed by the banks and normally takes 3 to 5 working days.

Our delivery service start from 17:30 to 22:00.
Delivery times normally take around 45 minutes to an hour after the order is placed but can vary especially during peak times. Prebook delivery time slots are not always guaranteed and delivery times are only given as an estimation.
